After experiencing Char Dham Yatra with HNK Solutions, we decided to go with the same company. Harjot prepared the tour package for Nepal and India. All the Hotels, Drivers and Guides excellent. Harjot also booked Abhishek Darshan at Pashupatinath and Kashi Vishvanath. Due to preparations at Prayag for Maha Kumbha Mela we were not able to go to Triveni Sangam as per our itinerary. Our driver Dhan Bahadur insisted that we should go to Prayag on the day of our return flight which was at 5.00 pm. Harjot went out of her way to make sure we visited Prayag without any additional cost due to extra Kilometres. We were dropped at the airport on time for our flight.

From booking the tour to the end Harjot checked on us everyday. HNK Solutions will certainly be our choice again.

They were excellent. We dealt with Harjot who was very attentive both before the trip in modifying it to fit our requirements and then when we were in India by keeping in regular touch with us. We were very happy with the service we got.

We really enjoyed touring Himalayas. The hotels were charming and gave a god sense of history as well as being very convenient for the town center. We enjoyed walking along the mall and visiting the sites and temples. I got to see plenty of interesting Indian birds, which kept me happy.

We were assigned Harjot who was very prompt in answering phones and was always willing to resolve any issue that could bother us. It was a pleasure dealing with Harjot. If there was only one issue, We will not choose Mountain club In Munnar. Club Mahindra where we were wait listed, would have been much better. Also, the houseboat , which was classified as Deluxe, did not appear to be so. So, although you deal with an agent over the phone, we realized there were many middlemen and some compromise could be occurring at any level. But overall, it was a very good experience. Thanks.

From the my very initial enquiry Harjot demonstrated that she really wanted the business and cared about satisfying my needs, she provided me with a fair price but then negotiated with me to match the price of a competing company. I would recommend (and have) anyone looking to book a holiday in India to speak to Harjot. The advertised trip “Captivating Kerala” The initial itinerary was attractive however we were able to customise the trip so it was exactly what we wanted. We changed some hotels, changed durations and due to work commitments changed our departure and return dates. Thank you once again for providing us with a wonderful holiday.
